Leyāzon, a moniker which represents the personal work of Ashley Z. Kimble, was founded to employ her skill and passion to deliver and create space for clarity and connection. Ashley, an empathic partner and emphatic communicator, has found purpose in her ability to connect emotionally to the world around her. She realizes that the most basic of all human needs is the need to understand and be understood, and that the best way to understand people is to listen to them (Ralph G. Nichols). Through Leyāzon, Ashley serves as a mirror for the people, brands, and organizations she works with, listening and communicating information in a way that both affirms the subject and resonates with its audience.
